China is a big country of manufacture, the manufacturing industry in China’s economy plays an important role, low labor cost is one of the main competitive advantage of our country manufacturing industry. However, the studies of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of population and labor economics show:2001-2009, the average annual growth rate of our country working population only about1%, while our country economy has maintained an average annual growth rate of10%, about2011, our country working population no longer rises, to2021our country working population will begin to decrease in absolute, but, enterprise labor demand continues to grow. Therefore, in the next period of time China’s labor supply-will gradually become tense. After the financial crisis, the national economy begins to anabiosis, enterprise labor shortage problem is becoming more and more serious, especially in2010, laborer barren phenomenon is more intense, the phenomenon of more and more areas appear"laborer barren" break the myth of china’s cheap labor" infinite supply". Because of the laborer shortage problem, a large number of enterprises operating rate is insufficient, cause business economic benefits to impaired.With the passage of time, the new generation of migrant workers has become indispensable part of our country manufacturing industry team. But this group have great differences compared with the older generation of migrant workers in world outlook, outlook on life, values and other areas, their new personality traits and job hunting concept present new challenges for the enterprise human resources management. Therefore, in today’s social background, research organization and employee’s psychological contract in manufacturing industry, through the" psychological contract" to strengthen communication between the new generation of migrant workers and the organization, helps managers understand staff in order to attract talent, tarry talent, maintain harmonious employment relationship, to whole countryman economy has important sense.This article is about the research on Psychological contract of new Generation migrant workers in Yangzhou manufacturing industry. By means of exploring the content and structure of new Generation migrant worker’s psychological contract, the purpose of the article is to provide guidance for the management of New Generation Migrant Workers from the manufacturing industry of Yangzhou, to reduce employee turnover rate, to solve the problem of shortage of labor, to avoid the phenomenon of the "shortage of migrant workers", to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. In the meanwhile, the article coniributes to enrich the domestic research on worker’s psychological contract by offering reference for companies within Manufacturing industry.This study utilizes several methods, such as literature analytic method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, grounded theory method, and comparison analytic method. I design questionnaire inventories on the basics of domestic and foreign relevant research. Research samples are from manufacturing industry of Jiangsu province Yangzhou city. Select the sample taking into account the main two reasons, on one hand, the object of study is the new generation of migrant workers, and the advantage industry of Yangzhou manufacturing industry is labor concentrated model industry, Yangzhou has covered almost all manufacturing industry except for the manufacture of weapons and ammunition, tobacco manufacturing industry, We can say that Yangzhou manufacturing industry have a wide coverage, should be a representative sample; on the other hand, considering the feasibility of data acquisition. Then, use SPSS and Amoss statistic software package to deal with the data by the methods of descriptive statistical analysis, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and Path analysis, etc. The main innovation of this research is the transformation of the research visual angle, research psychological contract from the angle of new generation of migrant workers. The lack of the research is the application of the narrow sense of the concept of psychological contract and research in small range.The main research works and results are as follows:(1) design psychological contract questionnaire of the new generation of migrant workers whose work in manufacturing industry, Discuss the specific content of psychological contract of new generation of migrant workers.(2) Research the structure of psychological contract, organizational responsibility covers four dimensions—Organizational Solicitude, Respect&Trust, Gguarantee Responsibility, and Responsibility for Development; And the personal responsibility contains three dimensions—Job Involvement&Professional Qualities, Work Cooperatiao&Work Support, and Organizational Recognition.(3) Finally, on the basis of the above research, combining with the actual situation, based on the psychological contract as a guide, this pape raises some suggestions.
