Land is the basic resources that human beings rely on, the basic production materials and the basis for farmers to live. Land system is the basic system in rural economic systems. In China, we are short of proper land transferred mechanism in current land systems. The transference of land use right is the main approach to realize the large-scale and collective management in agriculture. With the development of economy, the transference of land use right also appears in the rural areas of Jilin city and the transference speed is quickening. Besides, it has a growing scale and diverse forms. But the research on the problem in Jilin City is limited. So the research has great theoretical and practical significance. The research is conducted under such kind of background. This paper analyzes the situation of agriculture and economic development, the transference models of land use right and the transference reasons and benefits in Jilin City.
