Study On Inner Mongolia Water Resources Pricing System

Water problem has become the most outstanding issue of Chinese economic development in 21 centuries. There are three main aspects in our water problem: Water supply and demand contradictions have become increasingly prominent; water pollution have become seriously day by day, water environmental worsens aggravating; Water logging flood happens frequently and economic losses is huge. The water question has become the restriction factor which affects our economy sustainable development.Based on the BaMeng districts,this thesis discusses values and price theory of water resource, gives a rational water price in the Present situation. The paper's main content has five parts: the first chapter is the introduction; it introduces the background and aim for the paper and has made the brief introduction to the domestic and foreign water resources value research situation and the implementation situation. The second chapter mainly in detail introduces the water resources connotation, has given the water resources demand model and further analyzes several kinds of common water resources price model. The third chapter discusses the concept, the principle and the method of water price in theory, has put forward the sustainable development water price based on Water resources comprehensive theory, has given the sustainable development water resources fixed price scope, finally gives a sustainable development the water resources price through the water resources demand curve and the water resources carrying capacity. The fourth chapter analyses BaMeng HeTao irrigation area from supply and demand, gives each kind of fixed price which the water supply department expected, meanwhile through water user limit water price and carrying capacity analysis, finally gives the agricultural water price of He Tao irrigation area The fifth chapter is the conclusion, it makes the summary to the article. Combining Positive Study and normal study,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this Paper systematically studies on water Pricing.
