Study On The Influence Of Foreign Trade On Economic Growth In Hubei Province

Since reform and opening up, economy and foreign trade of Hubei Province has overall development. Especially, the foreign trade of Hubei Province growing faster after the accession to the WTO. However, whether foreign trade has promoted to economic growth in Hubei Province? Whether them have formed the stable mechanism? This is the topic which is worth studying ,the paper launches the discussion in light of this, trying to analysis of the Hubei Provincial Foreign Trade on the effect of economic growth.This article summarizes on the basis of relevant research at home and abroad, using research on quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the integration, unifying the standard research and the empirical study, having analyzed economic and trade development in Hubei Province. Having selected 1988-2006 year correlation data of Hubei Province ,through empirical analysis and analyzes the import and export trade on the role of economic growth in Hubei Province ,pointed out backward processing trade which exist in Foreign Trade of Hubei province, regional trade development is unbalanced, the market will affect structural in foreign trade, the market is too concentrated and other trade issues, so this article proposes to corresponding countermeasures and suggestions about promoting economic growth in Hubei province.
