The Construction Research On Circular Economy Leisure Village

Along with people's thirsty for the quiet atmosphere, the fresh air and the comfortable life, the leisure grange receives more and more public's welcome. But some problems appeared in the construction process, such as sightless development, environment destruction and resource waste, which have seriously affected the agricultural resource protection and sustainable development of the grange. Circular economy is an economic developing pattern with high-efficiency, low consumption and low discharge, which can effectively realize the comprehensive coordinated development of resource, environment and human, is a practice way of sustainable development. Therefore, applying the circular economy theory in the construction of leisure village, namely building circular economy leisure village, can achieve the economic efficiency, social efficiency and environment benefit better. Based on the fundamental and practical research of circular economy and leisure village construction at home and abroad, using circular economy theory, technology and the Analytic Hierarchy Process, this paper constructs the appraisal index system and the construction pattern of circular economy leisure village, researches into the safeguard system which supports the development of circular economy leisure village, and manages to verify the result by case analysis and empirical study. The main content includes six parts:The first part: introducing the researches of relative fields at home and abroad systemically and comprehensively, analyzing the research significance, research framework and research methods. The second part: discussing the notion, and theory foundation of building circular economy leisure village, to lay a foundation for probing into construction ways of circular economy leisure village.The third part: designing the appraisal index system, and constructing the appraisal model of circular economy leisure village by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the linear weighted sum method.The forth part: by analyzing the basic line of building circular economy leisure village, constructing three-building modes: decrement developing pattern, circulation and reusing pattern, ecological agriculture pattern.The fifth part: combined with the experiences of developing circular economy, this paper studies the safeguard system of circular economic leisure village, from the aspects such as laws and regulations, education, policy, system, technology etc.The sixth part: selecting Qianlong-lake Eco-tourism resort as the object, to carry on the case analysis and empirical study, which further validates the scientificity and practicability of the appraisal index system and the construction patterns of circular economy leisure village.
