Study On The Land Resource Sustainable Use Synthetic Evaluating Of Xiangxiang City

The land resource is humanity's valuable natural resource. Along with the human use land deepening, each kind of unreasonable using way of land resource has affected the land quality and the land productivity enhancement seriously. How to realize the economical, social, the population and resources environment coordinated development is one of our country all levels of the government's difficult problems. Is precisely under such great time background condition, the author integrates the question of land resource sustainable using own range of study, and practiced two stratification planes from the theory to carry on the elaboration to this question.Based on the concept of land resources sustainable use, this article analyzed the sustainable land resources both at home and abroad on the dynamic, focused on building a sustainable use of land resources theoretical basis. Then take Xiangxiang as the example, has analyzed the Xiangxiang land utilization present situation, the characteristic and the existence question emphatically. Based on land resource sustainable degree of utilization quality synthetic evaluation indicator system construction principle, take the land resource sustainable use as the target stratum, the ecology suitability, the economical feasibility and the social acceptability is the criterion level, take the forest coverage rate, the land pollution rate and so on 24 evaluating indicators as the target level, has formed the target stratum, the criterion level and the target level three level land resource sustainable degree of utilization quality synthetic evaluation indicator system frames. The region land resource sustainable use degree is cooperated by the land resource use intensity, land resource use potential and land resource use coordinated degree. Therefore, on the basis of determining the weight and region date, evaluating synthetic the Xiangxiang land resource sustainable degree of utilization's quality from the land resource use intensity, land resource use potential and land resource use coordinated degree.The land resource sustainable use degree evaluating results showed that it has raised 1.36 percentage points, and at the weak sustainable stage in Xiangxiang from 2000 to 2005. Looking from three criterion levels, the ecology suitability degree evaluating results is highest, the social receptivity degree is second and the economical feasible degree is lowest. Looking from the three appraisal level of land resource sustainable degree, use coordinated degree to be highest, the evaluating point enhanced from 0.652 to 0.727 between 2000 and 2005; using intensity is second, the evaluating point enhanced from 0.579 to 0.635 between 2000 and 2005; The using potential reduce gradually in the evaluating time, falls from 0.421 to 0.365 between 2000 and 2005.According to the Xiangxiang actual situation, the article finally proposed the land resource sustainable use's pattern, the protection for cultivated land, using land savingly and intensively, and such measures and suggestions.
