With the coming of the market economy, human resource management has become the most important part of modern enterprises management and got high attention by the domestic and foreign companies. Marketing department, as the core department of enterprises, has its ability to determine the profits of the enterprises, even to be related to the fate of business. Therefore, how to stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the salesmen to improve their sales income has become one of the key issues for all of business. Different companies have different incentive ideas because of their systems, nature and culture background, but for salesmen, they only care about their salaries. Salary not only means traditional salary and bonus, but also means comprehensive incomes including training, promotion and so on.According to the research, marketing department of Shangdong Leafy Pharmaceutical Company has higher rate of resignation which brings great losses to the business. The current salary system of the company can not satisfy salesmen’s needs and can not bring enough incentive so that the company gets the higher rate of resignation. So we should do some research to improve the salesmen salary plan. We need promote the incentive of salary system to encourage salesmen to work and decrease the rate of resignation of the salesmen.In this article research methods include literature search, questionnaire, telephone interviews and analysis of mathematical statistics. The specific content of this research mainly includes five parts. First of all, the author introduces the background, meaning, content and related methods of the article. Secondly, the author provides the review of the relevant researches at home and abroad, including the basic theory of salary management, definition of the salesmen, and current condition of salesmen salary model research. Thirdly, the article analyses the current condition and problems of salesmen salary system of Shangdong Leafy Pharmaceutical Company, mainly including the overview of the company, salesmen situation, the main problem of salary system status, satisfaction surveys and problems of salary plan. At last, the author expresses her views to improve salesmen salary plan, including the principle and ideas, promotion content, operation guarantee, and conclusion.
