The era of individual activity has ended, we have entered the times of a team competition. In this era, the team is competitive, how to make the team play the biggest role in the enterprise that has become the focus of attention. So far, many scholars have made a lot of research, such as various types of team,how to improve team performance and what a role of the team play in enterprises and so on, but the areas of research is very less in the type of conversion of team in the enterprise's lifecycle and how to match elements of the team and business needed in their lifecycle. Team is the core competitiveness of enterprises, but at different stages of enterprise's lifecycle, the key teams are different that impact the enterprise proficiency. If elements that key team and enterprise needed in their lifecycle are matched with each other, which will make for improving not only the performance of key team, and also the enterprise performance.Based on the team and the life-cycle theory of domestic and foreign scholars, this text studies key team of impacting enterprise in different stages of enterprise's lifecycle. On the basis of research results to, this text mainly research on the matching problem of the elements that the team and business needed in early-stage and operation-stage of team.
