Research On Motivation Model Of Project Teams Based On The Life-cycle Theroy

With the fast development of economic globalization, speeding up of technology progress, intensing of market competition, it is necessary that team in enterprise meets customer demand by improving service level in development in global competition. The research by Lawler&Cohen is shown, among Fortune TOP companies, various teams operated, rated from 47% to 100%, and those almost chose projcet teams.Motivation can make it well, but a fixed model cann't meet favorite purpose. Similarly with other individual life, life-cycle theory can be used in project teams as well, which be shown different characters in various stages. Diversitic motivation model should be established to motivate members in different stages.Initially evolvement of human hypothesis is discussed and figured out that the precondition of it in this motivation model is complexity person, decision-maker and civilization person. Then the evolvement duration is analysised and motivation theory in management is clarifed and described the main views and limits connected with project teams.After integrating kinds of motivation models, the direction to motivation model of project teams is described finally.Secondly, concepts, sorta, characters and scales of teams and project teams are summarized, and the latter is sorted via two dimensionalities. Research target is fixed as dual cooperate project team. And more, the foundation and appliance of life-cycle theory are expatiated, and the life-cycle model of project teams is discussed. Finally, combined with project team characters, the whole motivation model is designed.Based on duties and characters in different life-cycles, diversities motivation models designed are applied in management consulting project teams.This article can be useful for project teams in enterprise in designing diversities motivation model, which is called dual cooperating project teams founded temporarily in different period, to make use of limited resources efficiently to achieve win-win between individual and enterprise and to be as reference for diversities motivation models in other more complex project teams, such as in tri-cooperating and various-participate ones in enterprise.
