Research Proposal Of Sustainable Development Of Real Estate In China

Each Chinese pursues the target of living in peace and enjoying their work,and each civilians in PRC cannot wait to see the achievement of this target.Since the housing reform in 1998, the industry of real estate in China hasdeveloped swiftly. The industry linkage rate between the real estate industry andthe others is perfectly high. In 2004, the contribution rate of real estate to GDPreached 4.5%, and the acceleration rate achieved 0.45%. After the tax reform,taxes from the real estate industry became an important income of the regionalfinance. The real estate provides a reasonable way to the settlement of reducingthe unemployment; meanwhile, it contributes a lot to the promotion of livingstandards of civilians and the improvement of consumption structure. Overall,the real estate industry has become a basal and pillar industry of the China'snational economy. On this condition, the sustainable development of real estateindustry in China becomes an urgent issue to be solved.Based on the theory of real estate industry and sustainable development, as well as the real index system of real estate industry sustainable development, this paper analyzed the statistical data from the yearbooks to search the problems and weaknesses of the real estate industry in China. After that, through the research of the economic situation, the process of urbanization and the macroeconomic strategy, it seems to be inevitable to implement the sustainable development of the real estate industry in China. Finally, this paper offers suggestions, such as constituting the macroeconomic strategy, reinforcing the correlative rules and laws of real estate, increasing the utilization of land, rebuilding the real estate finance system, enhancing the industrial concentration ratio of real estate, the trial of serried cities, optimizing the urban planning, etc.
