The paper focused XHT Co.,Ltd, a medium-size telecommunication enterprise which encountered the problems of team management in its projects. Based on the Case by case analysis and some real failure cases, through deep interview with the parties and face to face consultant of direct material, suggestions are given on how to build a project team in small to mid sized telecommunication enterprise like XHT and further how to built an effective team. Through the description of two of the key points of team effectiveness, combined with its application in human resource field, an effective solution is found to solve the problem of team building, development and management in those companies. |
