The quality of the construction projects has a direct impact on the pace of national economic development,weather it's superior or poor.The poor quality of itself is the biggest waste;on the one hand, which is substantial increase the labor,equipment and energy consumption on returns and strengthening, on the other hand,users will also increase the cost of the repair and transform in the process of use it.At the same time,the poor quality of the project will shorten its life and allow the users to suffer economic losses.In addition,with the full development of the market economy,the quality of construction has also become one of the key factors of competition between two enterprises.Is the quality of corporate life,and quality management determines the level of product quality.In order to increase management efficiency and effectiveness in development is the key to the company become bigger and stronger.To the construction enterprises,improve the quality of management level of construction projects,not only the needs of improve the quality of construction projects,but also the strategic needs of the development of construction corporate.Modernization construction is a complex systems engineering with multi-disciplinary and multi-types,in order to make the whole process successfully and achieve the desired goal of quality,it is necessary to use scientific methods to manage.In this paper,under the basis of studies the quality of the construction projects management,conformal the final decision factors of the quality which is labor, materials,equipment,methods and environmental,at the same time it is broken the five factors down into 18 small factors,and selected AHP and fuzzy synthesis evaluation method for a comprehensive assessment which impact that various factors have an medium effects to the quality of the social security center office and house construction projects of Office of Labor and Social Security of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. During the implementation of the project,Quality management should be draw high attention by the participants.According to the final evaluation of the construction project quality management,we put forward our control measures and proposals to the social security center office and house construction projects quality of Office of Labor and Social Security of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
