For modern enterprises, the crucial problem they have to face and attach special importance to is how to obtain the most qualified employees from the huge talents market, to provide sufficient training, and to optimize the allocation of human resources to serve the enterprises. Enterprises have often spent a lot of manpower and material resources on recruiting and training the staff. Nevertheless, they little give full play to the best of the talents or serious brain drain, even to cause embarrassing situation without suitable staff in practical work. It exists widely that the human resource is insufficient and the structure is not balanceable. It offers new opportunity to implement e-HR in the enterprises for solving the human resource problem.In recent years, as an advanced concept and solution, e-HR has gained more attention with the gradual depth of enterprise's informatization and the increased cognition to the position of human resource strategy. And it is a gradual process to design, implement, optimize and to improve e-HR. It is a new topic for the human resource practitioners to how to make full use of the established system and process and to solve the practical problem in deepest degree. It is convenient to establish the effective system through the combination of relevant functions of e-HR and powerful information system. It aims at optimizing the efficiency and profit through importing, configuring and using human resource effectively as well as solving the problem of inefficient supply.The thesis brings forward concept, method and system concerning how to solvehuman resource problem on the base of e-HR system based on substantive data and information. Then it states that e-HR is how to play the big role on establishing effective human resource supply system when introducing e-HR concept, development and content in details. This part proposes the method on how to integrate the inner and outer resources and how to introduce, retain and use talents through the study of constructing human resource supply system based on e-HR in M corporate, then provide help to the enterprises on how to solve the supply problem effectively.
