In recent years, mobile communication industry has developed rapidly in our country. Nowadays the number of users in this field increased rapidly at the average rate of more than 5,000,000 per month. Now it is in the period of growth at a high speed. On the contrary, the average revenue per user (ARPU) decreases step by step. The business of mobile communication is divided into basic service and value-added service. The basic service grows slowly while the value-added service turns into a new increased point of profit. Especially, telecom value-added service, such as SMS and network game, has showed fine foreground to which good channel model of value-added service is essential. This paper gives analysis on channel of telecom value-added service together with the development of value-added service.In this paper, in the foreword, the signification, method and frame are first introduced. And then, the concept, character and class of telecom and value-added service channel are mentioned, using experience from other industry by theory and practice. After that, the present situation and development trend of telecom value-added service channel are discussed. The last part suggests the development strategy for channel of telecom value-added service by analyzing the ways of users, products and channel function.
