| With the constant deepening of China's economic reform and the accelerated process of urbanization, more and more city dwellers transfer the "units" to "community", a growing number of peasants surge to the cities, the constitution of personnel staff in urban communities is complex day by day. Community has become an all kinds of contradictions and interests intertwined site, and it was carrying the huge pressure brought by social changes. The public products of urban communities for improving the quality of residents'life, the country's economic growth and stable social order are of great significance. At present, the people of the community growing public demand for products with the community of the inadequate supply of public goods are becoming a prominent problem. The traditional " units " system of supply has been disintegrated, and a new supply system has not really taken shape, so the public goods supply in urban communities has many problems such as a single content, lack of funds, and low efficiency. And all these have seriously influenced the life quality of urban residents increased and the upgrading of urban living grade.This article is from the current China's urban community on the status of public goods inadequate supply, links to China's actual development of the community, in trying to build an effective supply of public goods mechanism in urban communities, and to make corresponding policy proposal. First of all, obtains from our country's historical vicissitude, to point out the reasons for our country community public product supplies are insufficient and existence question. Then, we profit the experience from the overseas community public products supply, base on China's actual conditions; propose to build up a set of government-led multi-agent, multi-level interaction supply mechanism. Finally, this article discussed for the realization of the effective supply mechanism , the Government should adopt policies and measures. |
