The Analysis And Study On Cost Control Of Capital Construction In Colleges And Universities

Along with the development of higher education cause, the demand for infrastructure is higher and higher, the capital construction in colleges and universities is very important, the cost control of capital construction in colleges and universities is the best method to do well in the capital construction. The cost control is of great importance in the management of capital construction in colleges and universities. Nowadays, since the constructions in many cases are of grand scale and their funds mainly come from loans, it is especially significant to monitor the investment control so as to effectively save the funds and make the greatest profits at the least costs.Firstly this paper analyses the cost control of capital construction in colleges and universities theoretically, and then introduce the method of whole-process cost control and the cost control in the decision phase and design phase, and at the same time, this paper analyses the risk of the capital construction in colleges and universities. And after the theoretically analysis, this paper make a empirical analysis and study on the capital construction in colleges and universities, and make a further study on the cost control of capital construction in colleges and universities through practical case, and adopting the method of combining theory with practice, make an overall analysis on the cost control of capital construction in colleges and universities, and put forward some suggestions on capital construction in colleges and universities.The conclusions and suggestions have some reference value for capital construction in colleges and universities.
