Study On Relationship Between Social And Economical Development Of Yulin Energy Chemical Industry Base

The Yulin Energy Chemical Industry Base is a state-level energy chemical industry base which is authorized by the original State Planning Commission in 1998. Because there are many kinds of mineral resources which are excellent in quality, concentrates in a high degree and good combination, it is honored as"China's Kuwait". The high speed construction's development causes the area and the populaces obtain the actual benefit, and bring prosperity and happy expression, but there are also some uncoordinated aspects. The advantages of local resources are not really transformed to social development, for example, people's standard of living is not high, education, and technology and urban construction develop backward, and so on. All of those problems are hampering future coordination and sustainable development of Energy Chemical industry Base. Therefore, this research has very great theoretical and practical significance for Yulin Energy Chemical Industry Base to promote the harmonious development of economic and social system.Based on the investigation of social development in Yulin Energy Chemical Industry Base, the article researches on the relationship between economic and social development with comparing analysis and gray connection analysis. Research content and the main conclusion are as follows:(1) Summarizing the current situation of population, living standard, technology, and education, medical health in the area, the article obtains some unreasonable problems which exist in the social development. (2) Construct the base's economy and social index system. And then, it analyses the relationship between economic development and social development with the grey connection theory. The result suggests that the input of technology and education take an important role in economic development. However, the technical personnel, the university enrolled students, the primary industry working population, the entire social being employed population play weaker role to economic development. In turn, the base social development are more relies on the tertiary industry and the primary industry development, yet the heavy industry GDP's relation to social development arranges in the rear rank, which fully explained that the heavy industry fast development doesn't transform truly as the social development superiority, the economic efficiency comes apart from the social development, and doesn't brought more welfare for the local social development. Moreover, on the base of gray connection analysis result, the article constructs the regression model of economy and social development, which shows the relationship between economic and social development.(3)Analyzing the reasons that why social development is slower than economical development in Yulin Energy Chemical industry Base. And some proposals are put forward for the social development to the Yulin Energy Chemical Industry Base.
