The Study Of Urban Land Intensive Use And Its Evaluating Methods

Directed by the theory and thinking methods of land use, and referred to the knowledge of other subjects, this paper constructs the study of the connotation of urban land intensive use in our country. Based on the study of the connotation, the system of the evaluation of urban land intensive use is built to appraise land intensive utilization in Chongqing by choosing proper statistic analysis method. The paper is composed of five parts.In Part One, the paper mainly analyzes the demanding background of the urban land intensive use and its evaluating method, the aim of the study, the way how to practice and the progression of the land intensive use study both in overseas and our own country. At present, industrialize and urbanization reinforce the urgently demanding of constructive land, which decreases the land use for agriculture of our country and then has threatened the safety in food supplies. Based on that, it has great mean to study the true connotation of urban land intensive utilization.In Part Two, it mainly describes the origin of urban land intensive use theory and how the theory evolved and then finally formed independently.In part Three, based on the research of the agricultural land intensive use and the combination of predecessor scholarlists' point of view on land intensive use, it summarizes the connotation of urban land intensive use and then compares the rational land use and contiunable use with it.In part Four, on the basis of theory and method statement related to land, the paper epurates from the classic theories and constructs its own system of evaluation of the urban land utilization. It also introduces some prevalent method applied to the system, such as AHP and Component Analysis.At the end of this thesis, the paper applies the former system and method to appraise the intensive degree of the land in Chongqing by using component analysis method. Then give some suggestions to land utilization in Chongqing in the view of land use structure,industry upgrade,regional overall arrangement,making the urban land stock alive,optimizing the distribution of land resources and so on .
