Nowadays, Science and technology has been highly developed, and the cycle of knowledge enewing is becoming shorter and shorter, and the society appears two themes that change and reform. As to any economical organization, if they want to survive and flourish in such a market with fierce competition, they must promptly adapt to changing environments, capture new knowledge, master new skills, and constantly update their knowledge structure and creative ideas of the developments to keep up with the need of modern economic society. Learning organization appears and develops quickly. It stresses on improving employee's qualities, encouraging employees keep on learning, elaborating employee's subjective initiative to improve the whole quality of enterprise, and at last, make enterprise invincible.Zhejiang private enterprises are one of the key parts of china economy. Recently, Zhejiang private enterprises have achieved great success. But, as the development of economy integrative and globalization, Zhejiang private enterprises are now in a fleetly dynamic over-competitive environment. How to get over the disturbs of complex environment to find a way suitable for Zhejiang private enterprises becomes a huge challenge to Zhejiang private entrepreneur. While, with the lead of shared view, learning organization can essentially improve the ability of the whole organization to make continual innovation to accommodate environment. Therefore, learning organization, which can improve organization integrative competition, is one of the best ways for Zhejiang private enterprises.Basing on reviewing a great number of papers, this article takes Zhejiang private enterprises as research object, and adopts western theory and practical experiences to make deep analyses on problems of its learning organization construction, both in theory and practice, especially in the four principle of Microsoft, the "deep dialogue skill" of Oracle Company and "Pool the Wisdom and Efforts of Everyone" of GE. According to the characters of Zhejiang private enterprises, this article has make out an learning organization model with the leading of shared view, the sustaining of information systems, the center of repository, and the essence of learning mechanism. There are eight important parts of this model. That is shared view, information systems, learning mechanism, repository, organization culture, organization structure, employee and leader. On analyzing the mutual function of the eight elements above, this article stress on the way of learning organization construction for Zhejiang private enterprises.This article makes a primary review on actuality, outfit, and character of Zhejiang private enterprises learning organization construction by way of statistical analyses, autoptical work and questionnaire. It apply for five stages for creating shared view, that is Inform, Promote, Measurement, Consult, Create. Then it bring forwards level-team model, suitable for Zhejiang private enterprises, which is measured by learning organization efficiency model. According to the character of Zhejiang private enterprises culture, it make out several way of learning mechanism perfect for Zhejiang Private Enterprise, recently, Such as Cooperation between College and Enterprise, Learning Mechanism and Mutual Function Learning Mechanism. At last, it take Zhejiang DaJing Construction Co.,Ltd as a typical example, to verify the theory it has just put out.
