Along with market economy of further deepening and the advent of knowledge economy, China’s enterprise management system fundamentally has undergone tremendous changes, the theory of learning organization is to adapt to a new development in the era of knowledge economy emerge as the times require the management theory, has penetrated into every aspect of social development, is being more and more of our organization, enterprises, individuals are accepted and application. Development of the learning organization and create had climbed to discuss a hot stage, this is a very advanced management thought and t also promote enterprise innovation management system in our country has played a very important role.
