In the post real estate era,the policy of economic transformation has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of private equity investment enterprises,private equity investment industry has been unprecedented development.SG investment company,as a large-scale state-owned private equity investment enterprise,has developed from scratch to nearly 100 billion after seven years of development,and plays an important role in the contemporary society.With the rapid development of private equity investment industry,the lack of high-end professional investment talents has been highlighted.The lack of talents buries a risk bomb for the rapid development of enterprises and even the whole industry.In order to cultivate the adaptive professional talents in line with the development of the enterprise,accelerate the promotion of organizational learning atmosphere and training efficiency,SG investment company actively study countermeasures and put forward the construction of effective training system.In order to make the design of the training system more practical,first of all,the author combs out the theoretical achievements based on the training theory in recent decades through the study and research of the training monograph,academic journal and dissertation,along with the historical development of the training theory,and selects the learning organization as the theoretical basis of this paper and conducts in-depth research.Then,on the basis of theoretical research,collects the general situation,training status and personnel information of SG investment company through internal materials,interviews and human recourse system data import,and designs a training system construction questionnaire based on learning organization according to the collected information,starting from personal information,training status,training satisfaction,training needs.According to the questionnaire report,the author analyzes the seven main problems existing in the current training system of the company.On the basis of current research and problem analysis,thoroughly carries out the five practices of learning organization in the construction of the training system,defines the goal and general idea of the company's construction of the training system based on learning organization,designs the training system from the organization level,resource level,implementation level and system level.After that,on the basis of the scheme design,the paper discusses the implementation management of training system from four aspects: training demand management,training plan management,specific implementation of training,training evaluation,etc.And in order to effectively promote the implementation of training,the author designs the training system security measures respectively from the strategic,cultural,institutional,financial,technological empowerment.Finally,according to the context of the whole paper,summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of SG investment company based on learning organization training system,and makes a prospect for further research.
