| This article starts from the comparison of the electric consumption in different regions. Then the electric power efficiencies and energy-saving potential of 30 administrative regions in China are calculated using different methods for comparison. The Panel Data Model techniques are applied to analyze the relationship between electric power efficiencies and its influencing factors. Finally came to the conclusion that it is necessary to consider not only the general factors but also the special factors of each region when forming the energy-saving policies, the most important of which is to accelerate the pace of technological progress and improving production efficiency. |
