Circular Economy Development Mode And Applied Research Of The Eveluation Index System In The Petrochemical Industry

The developed countries have made the circular economy and the circular society as the important form of implementing the sustainable development strategy. In China, the theory research and work practice of the circular economy are increasing gradually. Petrochemical industry is one of the main industries, and at the same time, it consumes too much energy and materials, pollutes the environment seriously, and has a low efficiency and production technology.The development of petrochemical industry has lagged far behind of that of economy. If the petrochemical industry wants to achieve leapfrog development in the new century, we have to develop circular economy energetically under the guidance of the scientific concept of development to walk out a new industrialization road that economy develops with resource and environment.This thesis is based on the theory of the circular economy, moreover, analyses the urgency of the development of the circular economy in the petrochemical industry, the development status, problems and obstacles of the circular economy in the petrochemical industry, afterwards, it introduces the material flow analysis, and combines with the character of the petrochemical industry, then sets up a new evaluation index system of the petrochemical industry. At last, the thesis evaluates the development of the circular economy in the petrochemical industry between 2001 and 2005, meanwhile, it gives suggestions from six aspects to develop circular economy in the petrochemical industry, including advancing the clean production across-the-board, constructing the eco-industrial parks of the petrochemical industry, accelerating technological innovation to improve the efficiency of the use of the resource, adjusting the industrial structure positively to develop the high-tech products, creating a external environment to develop the circular economy and strengthening the inter-industry cycle. So that the problems of the high-consumption, high-emission and serious-pollution in the petrochemical industry can be resolved fundamentally.
