Since the financial crisis, China's chemical industry into a downturn, most small and medium-sized chemical enterprises in trouble, China's chemical enterprises are actively seeking solutions. Practice has proved that the development of circular economy is the fundamental approach to relieve the resources shortage and keep the balance between environment and economic efficiency. Developing circular economy has become the only way to resolve the bottleneck of chemical enterprises development. Therefore, how to assess the development level and trend of chemical enterprises circular economy has become an important issue of chemical enterprises circular economy development study. In the chemical enterprises, in the way that establishing a scientific and complete circular economy evaluation index system, we can use certain method to evaluate and forecast the development of circular economy, identify existing problems, correct development direction and raise the level of chemical enterprises circular economy development.Based on the theories of circular economy and theoretical study of circular economy evaluation index system, The thesis puts forward the rules of material recycling during PTA enterprise process through analysis and research the material flow characteristics of PTA enterprise process flow,and based on the principles and characteristics of circular economy evaluation index system, the thesis advances the framework of PTA enterprise circular economy evaluation index system。The PTA enterprise circular comprehensive economy evaluation index system is divided into target lay, rule lay and index lay. Target lay is the comprehensive evaluation of PTA enterprise circular economy. Rule lay is divided into efficiency index, materials recycling index, environment index, and development index. Index lay include 16 indexes. Based on the circular economy comprehensive evaluation index system, this thesis introduces Analytic hierarchy process to evaluate of the circular economy in the Xiang Lu Petrochemical Co. Ltd. Between 2005 and 2008; meanwhile, it gives some suggestions to develop circular economy in the Xiang Lu Petrochemical Co. Ltd. |
