Study On The Evaluation System Of Enterprise Continuous Innovation Ability Based On The Excellent Performance Evaluation Criteria

Country development needs more and more enterprises with sustained competitiveness, while innovation is the source of enterprise competitiveness. Building an innovative country entails independent innovation ability improvement, and the key is continuous innovation ability. Innovation is the path to realize the sustained economic growth and sustainable development of the enterprise. However, many innovations in the enterprise could not be sustained. Therefore, studying how to evaluate enterprise sustainable innovation ability scientifically and accurately provide important theoretical support for the sustainable development of enterprises and the construction of the innovative country. In this study, we carry on the evaluation research of enterprise sustainable innovation ability based on the performance excellence evaluation criteria, hoping to provide some theoretical guidance to enhance the continuous innovation ability.Firstly, the background of national trend in innovation and the research significance are explained, and the research ideas, methods and contents are introduced. Secondly, theoretical basis about the excellent performance evaluation criteria, enterprise continuous innovation ability, the evaluation index system are introduced, and the relative literature are reviewed. Thirdly, the evaluation index system of enterprise sustainable innovation ability is constructed. Based on these, this paper does the theoretical analysis accoding to the framework of the excellent performance evaluation criteria, combined with the specific contents of each index, constructs the conceptual model, and proposes the hypotheses. Next, we design the questionnaire based on the index system, conduct data analysis, determine the index and the corresponding weight, and test those hypotheses. Finally, recommendations to enhance the continuous innovation capability of enterprises are given according to empirical results, and the limitations of this study and future research directions are pointed out.This research constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise sustainable innovation ability and the model from the perspective of the performance excellence, which not only broadens the research field of the excellent performance evaluation criteria and continuous innovation ability, but also provides some degree of theory support to improve enterprise continuous innovation ability, and evaluate continuous innovation ability in our country and the regions.
