Research On It Governance Framework And Performance Indicators Of Enterprise Group

With the deep development of global informationizaiton, information technology has been one of the most important assets, and the major force to create value-added products and services for enterprises. After years of practice, the enterprises informationizaiton of China have achieved great achievements, at the same time, it means entering a crucial period of summarizing, upgrading, and further development. This obviously reflected deep-seated mechanism problems in the construction and development of informationizaiton, such as the integration of IT strategy and corporate strategy, IT goals and business objectives, and how to make institutional arrangements for enterprises informationizaiton in the view of corporation governance, to reduce the risk from the embedded IT to organization. IT governance is just from this perspective, and making effective IT governance mechanisms becomes the focus of this research areas.Based on this, this paper focuses on the enterprise group's IT governance, and explores the construction of IT governance framework and the performance of IT governance for enterprise group, for the purpose of exploration appropriate IT governance model, building the core competitiveness. Our research works can be summarized as follows:(1)Defines the relative definition of enterprise group'IT governance. Based on the theoretical and empirical research, this research analyzes the factors to impact the IT decision-making mechanism, establishes the IT governance decision-making mechanism reference model for enterprise group, and identifies the IT decision-making power and its responsibility(2)Studies the reference standards framework COBIT4.0 which based on information technology management and control, presents IT governance processes reference model.(3)Based on the theoretical and empirical research, develops the Evaluation Index System of enterprise group IT governance performance.(4) Exploits the implement methodology of enterprise group IT governance, analyses the implement of IT governance in the enterprise group.
