Research On Decision-Making Of Enterprise Humen Resource Menagement Outsourcing

Along with fast development of economy and increasingly furious market competition, as a fresh managing manner, HRM outsourcing gradually shows its necessity and essentiality. Implementing HRM outsourcing successfully can help enterprises reduce cost and gain special service, and then bring competition advantage to them. But the research of HRM outsourcing is on the primary stage and so still less on the decision-making of HRM outsourcing.Firstly, this paper summarizes some related theories of the HRM outsourcing and analyses the current research status includes HRM outsourcing decision-making model both at home and abroad. Then in the body part of this paper, it divides the decision-making to three parts, the analysis of feasibility, outsourcing function and outsourcing vendors. In terms of the fesaibility, it analyses enterprises'inside and outside environments. In terms of the outsourcing function, it inducts the D-S theory to the decision-making of the selection of outsourcing functions for HRM, and builds an index system of selection, by using an example it tests and verifies this method's feasibility and effectivity. In terms of the outsourcing vendors, it puts forward the decision model of HRM outsourcing vendors from two side of core-competition and cost, builds an index system of selection, and uses the combinations of both DEA and AHP to test and verify this method's practicality. The risks are exist during the decision-making, so based on distinguishing the risks, this paper puts forward the risks fore-warning model of HRM outsourcing decision-making. All these are for the purpose of let HRM outsourcing exert advantage, remedy deficiency and to be carried out successfully.
