Research On The Enterprise Executive Non-Material Incentives Mechanism

Under modern market economy condition, the separation of the business enterprise ownership and the control power makes the most lack resources, directly relating to the existence and the development of the business in the enterprise--the executive incentives become inevitable.As we all know, the needs of the executive are the premise and departure point of incentives .The paper, at the foundation that summarizing the domestic and international demonstration study results concerning the needs, divided the enterprise executive need factors into two major types -- the material needs and the non-material needs , applied the technique thought of the rough theory in the executive non-material incentives' quantitative analysis, built up the sensitive analysis model of the non-material need factor's toward the executive enthusiasm ,thus could judge a good many executive non-material need factors' sensitive degree to the executive enthusiasm well and truly, validate the rough theory used in the executive non-material incentives' quantitative analysis' feasibility by the example calculating,and provided the analytical tool of data for the non-material incentive's establishment.Our country's incentives to the enterprise executive mainly are the material incentives, outside these are the spirit incentives. By the analysis of the executive incentives present conditions, this paper educed, that the existing incentive ways can't satisfy the executive needs completely .On this foundation, the paper enriched the non-material incentives' connotation, and aimed at the executive non-material need characters, set up the enterprise executive non-material incentives system, in which, the relation incentive is putted forward, enriching the executive incentives system more.Based on the actual executive incentive problems' complicating, this paper, cleared the establishment principles of the enterprise executive non-material incentives mechanism, gave the non-material incentives mechanism frame model, designed the implement process of the non-material incentives mechanism, and designed the non-material incentives mechanism for the TS company, hoping can provide reference and helps for the enterprise' actual operation .
