This thesis takes the knowledge workers(software engineers)of Suning.com as the research object,explores the relationship between knowledge workers and their job satisfaction through questionnaire survey,finds out the important influencing factors between knowledge workers and job satisfaction,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve enterprise knowledge.The job satisfaction of knowledge-based employees should be improved by improving corporate governance system and non-material incentives.Firstly,this thesis uses literature analysis method to collect and read online and offline literature.Online literature mainly includes CNKI literature and related literature of Internet web pages.The off-line literature mainly collects and photocopies the library literature,and obtains the first-hand information for the literature research,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the next research on this topic.Then,on the basis of literature analysis,using SPSS 21.0 to make statistical analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire,through the collection of sample data,find out the important influencing factors between non-material incentives and job satisfaction of software engineers in Suning.com,and then put forward targeted measures to improve them.This thesis explores the relationship between non-material incentives and job satisfaction of software engineers in Suning.com.Because the core competitiveness of Suning.com is employees,this thesis makes correlation analysis and regression analysis between non-material incentives and job satisfaction dimensions,and studies the impact of non-material incentives on job satisfaction under different individual characteristics.Through this study,it is recognized that the gender and working years of software engineers have no significant difference on job satisfaction,while the age,marital status and cultural level of software engineers have significant differences on job satisfaction.At the same time,personal incentives,job incentives and organizational environment incentives of Suning.com have significant differences on job satisfaction.Each dimension has a significant positive impact.This can help managers to understand how non-material incentives affect the job satisfaction of software engineers in Suning.com.At the same time,it can also compare the impact of each non-material incentive,so as to provide some useful reference for business managers,hoping to help business managers in the implementation process with a target.
