The construction of the integrated transport hub is the inevitable trend of China's comprehensive transportation system and is the best way to realize efficient exchange of various transportation ways , public traffic priority and multi-modal harmonious development for public traffic.The transport hub plays a big effect on the urban development and rustic urbanization, after the construction of transport hub, the commercial building groups which takes hub as a core to develop surroundingly is gradually becoming the flourish area, thus change the urban structure.There are many integrated transport hubs being planning and constructing recently, as a big urban transportation infrastructure, the construction cost and operating cost of integrated transport hub is huge, thus how to set up the profit pattern of operation department to efficiently attract private capital, tocombine with the privatization of public utilities, to relieve the government of heavy economical burden and to provide better service for the city using limited resource is becoming a critical problem being urge to settled.The above problem will be settled from the following aspects:Firstly, the thesis compares the attributes between integrated transport hub and rail transit projects, defines the two are all welfare, semi public and quasi-business projects, refers to the research review on the profit pattern of rail transit home and abroad, sums up that the operation department should set up the profit pattern from two espects: the exterior policy-based profit and interior operation-based profit.Secondly, the thesis classfies the facilities of the integrated transport hub and defines the operation part of the facilities according to the separationable theory and profitable theory to define the management scope of the operation department.The thesis refers to the facility management theory, whole life management theory, stakeholder theory and draws lessons from the practise benchmarkings to construct the organization and set the function.Thirdly, the thesis analysis the essence of the project by externality theory, division theory and industry theory deeply.By the analysis of externality theory, the thesis classifies and accesses the externality of the hub, by using different profit returns to make up for the losses which bring by market failure. By the analysis of division theory, the study defines the operation part and profit forms of various facilities. By the analysis of industry chain theory, the study elongates the profit chain of operation department, classifies the main business- transport operation and derived business-resourse development from the viewpoint of the core value chain and the chain derivates, analysis various types of derivatives and their operation mode to realize the profit of the industry chain.Finally, the thesis makes a feasibility test by Tian Jin transit project, combining with the theory and practice.
