Since entered the21st century, the logistics industry had been attached greatimportance by the nation, province and local government as a "third profit source". OnJune8,2011, the State Council convened a meeting to promote the healthy developmentof the logistics industry and introduced The Logistics Industry "Country Eights" New Deal,which brought new dawn for the development of the logistics industry.Steel industry is the pillar industry in QianAn. QianAn2010steel material industryrate reach up to275million tons, according to China’s steel output and the logisticsindustry rate for1:5. Although steel industry advantages bring a lot of logistics demand inQianAn region, general need only added value lower transportation and storage service formost of the products are in the low end of industrial chain. At present, most steelenterprise and business are bonded by "huge and complete","water not outflow" thought,they couldn’t realize the effect of modern logistics and supply chain management to reducethe cost and improve the competitiveness, the logistics socialization degree is low. Most ofthem have themselves’s vehicles or small transportation company, and assume about74%of transportation tasks and more than90%of self-supporting storage. These cause a lot ofpotential logistics demand can’t turn into effective market demand. Therefore, QianAngovernment takes "big logistics" as one of the five strategic plans in the "fourth five"transformation of the crucial, and implement "the north logistics industry gathering area"in Shaheyi town in3-5years. Develop it to a Cluster regional logistics steel center, whichcollecting of steel storage, processing, sales, distribution, settlement in a body, one of thenorth largest steel logistics bases, the nearest "without water inland port" of Jidong area,and provincial logistics industry gathering area in HeBei province.This paper first analyses our country’s present situation of the logistic park’s profitmodel development, as a relatively new subject, the current research on profit model inChinese academic circles is less, the facilities management idea of construction is notadvanced enough. Influence by the traditional sense they prefer to get asset managementbetween physical through the investment promotion, single service function and low profit. Therefore, this paper bases on the studies on logistics management, gathering industrydevelopment, logistics network organization development, value chain and the third-partylogistics research theory. This paper has two profound understandings of the developmentof China’s logistics park. It analyses the logistics park and current situation of the profitpattern in our country at present.This paper tries to analyse present situation and profit model of HeBei TangShansteel logistics bases, through analyzing existing park profit model, the present researchsituation and system, taking ZheJiang Materials Industry (QianAn) International Logisticsas research object, basing on the theoretical present situation analysis of internationallogistics base and summarize of successful experiences. This paper researches andinnovates the profit model of ZheJiang Materials Industry (QianAn) internationalLogistics supply chain logistics base.
