Study On Technological Innovation Capability Evaluation Of Small And Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprises

Technology Innovation is an important means for further improvement of Technology-based SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in China, and plays a key role to the Economic growth as well as restructuring and upgrading of China's industry. But Technology-based SMEs face a lot of problems in the activities of technology Innovation. This thesis attempts to evaluate the technological innovation capability for technology-based SMEs, analyzes the shortages of technological innovation capability for specific enterprise, and proposes the effective measures to improve. It provides the basis of management decisions for the activities of technology innovation of Technology-based SMEs, and also aims to provide facial basis for government to formulate the policies, laws and regulations to encourage Technology-based SMEs' Technological Innovation.This thesis focuses on Technology-based SMEs, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research results from domestic and international scholars, the author defines enterprise's technological innovation ability in terms of course, analyzes the composition key elements of technological innovation capability, and sets up an evaluation indexes system, and then gives evaluation criterion of the technological innovation capability of Technology-based SMEs from both qualitative and quantitative standpoints. After that, author analyzes the evaluation measures comparatively, and then chooses the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the technological capability of Technology-based SMEs. In order to use this kind of method effectively, this paper explains the operation processes and calculation model of method in detail. Last, the author chooses a fix Technology-based SMEs for demonstration research, and evaluates the indexes of the enterprise's technological innovation capability from quantity and quality. Then the author gives integrated evaluation and advances some advice and improving measures for the enterprise's proves the scientific and feasibility of the activities. This part proves the system of Technology-based SMEs' technological innovation capability constructed by the author.
