Study On Entrepreneur's Growth Mechanism Of Gansu Province

Scarce entrepreneurial resources played very important role in the market economy. It is essential to possess of a mass of excellence entrepreneurs for Gansu province economic development. This paper studied general entrepreneur's growth mechanism and make correlative suggestions with the fact of Gansu province. There is five parts in this paper.Part one is introduction. This part depicted the background, study significance, study methods, article structure and inadequate research.Part two is the entrepreneur theory summary. This part introduced the entrepreneur concepts from the scholars at home and abroad and entrepreneur's growth theory, then confirmed the concept of entrepreneur in this paper.Part three is studying on general entrepreneur's growth mechanism. There were four mechanisms in this part: incentive and restraint mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism, market choice mechanism and training mechanism.Part four is Description of the status quo about entrepreneur's growth mechanism of Gansu province. This part is Empirical Analysis and described the shortage of Gansu entrepreneur's growth mechanism with qualitative and quantitative methods.Part five offered proposals for Gansu province entrepreneur team building. After studying general entrepreneur's growth mechanism and describing the status quo of Gansu province, we make correlative suggestions on entrepreneur team building to firm and government.
