Study On The Development Of Leading Industries In Longxi County

For a long time, leading industry has been the key points of the regional economic research. The correct choice of the regional leading industries, and the determination of reasonable scale of development and the speed of development, are related to the overall development of the regional economy. Based on existing comprehensive analysis of economic resources, the advantage of the economic situation in Longxi County known as a poverty-stricken county, it is concluded that the main reason for its economic backwardness is that its leading industries are still not determined relying on its strength. Thus, to change the poverty in Longxi county, a good choice of the development prospects of leading industries shuld be made, based on their existing strengths and characteristics, the theory of economics, as well as China's current economic development trends.Using system analysis and comparative analysis,this paper believes that as a special economic unit in China, the county economy's leading industries must rely on the choice of their own existing natural conditions and economic fundamentals. On this basis it is argued that leading industries of Longxi County should mainly choose agricultural products by the characteristics of Chinese herbal medicines, in coordination with existing industrial and cultural industries. In the guidance of the government's functional departments, we should plan scientifically and atract investment actively to create a good environment for the development of leading industries and the county economy.
