New hi-tech corporation is the one of denseness style of knowledge and technology. Its body of employee is mainly knowledge. Because of the difference between new hi-tech corporation and traditional one, objectively, it is necessary that we need to search salary management system which is suitable for the characters of new hi-tech corporation. Compensation system is one of the most important managements of HR in enterprises, the design of compensation can affect the operating and developing of enterprise, good compensation system can buildup the trust and attributive feeling of employees, Which is the important means to attracting talents, motivating talents and keeping talents. Start with the basic compensation theory and main compensation system.The article based on D corporation, a hi-tech corporation in Changchun. Through analyzing the existing problem on pay system of D corporation, it propose broadband pay system, a new pay system. Broadband pay means to refine and design the pay grades or narrow pay scale of traditional pay structure into the new pay scales without overlapping parts. After the broad band way has been adopted by D company, the fairness , competition and the encouragement effect of the employees have been realized by it, which has achieved the "mutual benefit" of both the enterprises and the employee.This paper has divided into five parts : In its first part, it tells theory of pay system and broadband pay system, the advantages and character of the latter. In its second part, it appraises the present situation of human resource in D corporation, analysis pay managing system and main existing problems. In addition to the discussion of the present condition of the HR of D company, the second part has also analyzed the main problems of the pay system and illustrated the reasons why D company is suitable to adopt this system. In the third part, it introduce design of broadband pay system, to set up a practical and scientific system which encourage employee to self-management, self-imposed and self-improvement. In the first part, it tells pay system theory, broadband pay system and its advantages and characters. In the second part, it is about present situation about D corporation' human resources, analysis of pay system management and main problem. In the forth part, it says the implement of broadband pay system in D corporation , which is a stable and improving procedure. In its fifth part, it evaluates the broadband pay system in D corporation, meanwhile points out its advantage and restrictions.
