With the intensifying global economy, the competition of enterprises is more and more fierce and the core of this competition is the talents. The management level of human resource is pivotal in modern enterprise management and the compensation management system is the most dramatic among human resource management system. Therefore, establishing a reasonable and incentive compensation management system to rapidly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is the most effective approach to solve these problems and to retain employees and to inspire their working enthusiasm and potential and to attract talents, encourage talents, retain talents.This thesis takes Xincheng Minerals Co., Ltd. as an example and takes managerial personnel as the object of study to deeply analyze the original compensation system of Xincheng Minerals. It makes the attempt to rebuild the compensation management system which is appropriate for Xincheng Minerals by means of questionnaires and face to face communications and so on to advance the original compensation system. It tries to further enhance the modern management level of Xincheng Minerals by using the advanced broadband salary system to solve all kinds of problems which make bad influence on the employees’psychological fairness and hinder to give full play to their initiative. It also attempts to improve the loyalty, belonging and cohesiveness of staff then to retain and attract high-end talents and finally to enhance the core competition of Xincheng. Only by this means, Xincheng Minerals can survive the more and more open and fierce competition.This thesis firstly sets forth the study background as well as the current analysis on salary system domestic and overseas and some basic theories related to salary management, and makes sure the main analysis method and approach on that basis. Secondly, this thesis makes comments and analysis on the current compensation system and finds the problems of Xincheng Minerals by the means of questionnaires, group discussions and face to face communications into all departments and then makes detailed analysis on these problems and analyses the status of applying the broadband salary system to Xincheng Minerals. Thirdly, it makes optimal design on the salary system of Xincheng Minerals through using the broadband salary system on the basis of compensation reform. Finally, it puts forward the adjustment and control measures of compensation system.
