From the perspective of geography, the root causes of the structural evolution in Fujian province can be found across analyzing its spatial structure, and the new concept of spatial structure in Fujian provinc can be eliminated on the basis of previous analysis. Firstly, based on the theorise of unbalanced regional economic growth and the methods of econometrics, this article explores the time -space texture of the spatial disparities as well as the current situation of the regional tourism foundation in Fujian, and concludes that Fujian's regional tourism economic growth is followed by an unbalanced but non-polarized pattern. Secondly, on the basis of core -periphery theory, analyzing the more subtle geographical unit in Fujian province, it is found that the reason on unbalanced but non-polarized pattern is core -periphery spatial structure. Moreover, those factors ,which are economic development, population and resource endowment, are important factors related to this core-periphery structure by correlation analysis. Those factors are the root reasons of the core-periphely structure in Fujian province. Finally, on the basis of dual-nuclei structure theory, as well as accoding to the ancestors' studies, the new concept of spatial structural in Fujian province can be constructed. Also, the ways and measures to the new concept are proposed.
