Along with international trade liberalization, global integration unceasing deepening, the various countries in principle has not been able provides the protection through the limit quantity and the high customs for the domestic product, the technical trade barrier is becoming the various countries to protect our country product of the new method. At present, our country export product is facing the more and more challenge of technical trade barrier measure, if not promptly establishes the powerful technical guard measure system, the domestic many industries will receive attack greatly. How to break the overseas technical trade barrier, has become an important work of current foreign trade exportation innovation. In central Asia five countries, Kyrgyzstan has joined WTO, other four countries are also positively consulting, but their market access rule gradually to European Union and so on developed country and local stem for stem, in particular in aspects of technical regulations and technical standard. Therefore, our country should study positively, causes the enterprise to dodge the risk as far as possible to be short of lost.This article plans to use the method of literature search and comparative analysis, draws up from the introduction of technical trade barrier, through understands the Kazakhstan market access the related rule, grasps the Kazakhstan technical standard and regulations of present situation and the development trend, analyzes the Kazakhstan of technical trade barrier legal rule, and proposes our country of legal countermeasure and other suggestions to be supposed to the Kazak country technical trade barrier.
