Study On Distribution Of Land Rent And Protction Of Peasants' Land Interests And Rights Which Taking Yangtze River Delta As Example

This thesis chooses Yangtze River Delta to study distribution of land rent and protection of land interests and rights of peasants. Guided by the rental theory in Political Economics of Marxism,based on the fundamental theory that the possession system of product material determine the main body correlation in economic interest,this thesis analyzes the main body correlation in economic interest during the process of distribution of land rent from the history view point of materialism and discusses the innovation of stock cooperation system in rural collective land which is the fundamental route of protecting land interests and rights of peasants.When analying the distribution of land rent and protection of land interests and rights of peasants,firstly,this thesis analyzes the current situation,structure and problems by right of theory and cases in distribution of land rent of Yangtze River Delta in the process of industrialization and urbanization,and illustrates the serious lost of land interests of peasants.Secondly,it studies the distribution of land rent of Yangtze River Delta in the process of building the New-typed Rural Area which indicates that the distribution of land rent in the process of building the New-typed Rural Area appears new conflicts and new problems,such as the problems of farmland standardization for construction moving ,land contract right of farmers entering city,the right of curtilage using which are different from the process of industrialization and urbanization.Thirdly,it studies and analyzes the creating and grobing measures of Yangtze River Delta in solving problems of distribution of land rent and protecting land interests and rights of peasants which will give experiences to other area in china.The conclusion of this thesis is that the stock cooperation system in rural collective land is the effective implement form of possession system for rural collective land and is also the fundmental route which will solve the problems of distribution of land rent and protecting land interests of peasants.
