With the growth of the capital in the Chinese meats industry and rising in the degree of agglomeration, the business set the benefit growth into the virtuous cycle. However, the development of the meat capacity division and materials supplying is unbalance. The production cost increasing as a result of it is not reasonable to make use of the resource. Although, there are advantages with lower prices and large scales in Chinese meats industry according to the analysis of the international market trade status, the channel of distribution is not good. Most of the exports have almost same products and same specifications, even if same distributors and similar buyers. Currently in meat export, there is a deviant competition so that it makes too more losses. The Chinese Food Council meat association has discussed many times with most of enterprises, but it is useless. They do one's own way still.Shandong meat industry is the important base of the Chinese meat exporting; the Middle East market is the supplement market of Shandong exporting market in the past time. Due to some reasons of green barriers, this market has already been a necessary exporting market. On the basis of the above changes and problems, Shandong meat industry has to integrate the resources and plan a marketing strategy so that to strengthen the marketing share and improve the profits rate in the middle east market.After analyzing of the market and surveying of the resource, the strategic scheme of Shandong meat industry set up. It is good to utilize the facility and to promote the economic efficiency. It is on the basis of the related marketing and the value chain. Designing and carrying out the strategic scheme in the Middle East Market marketing may be useful to draw lessons from the role for its regional market marketing. At the same time, for how to conduct industry and integrate the resource with superiorities, how to share the effect to commit greatly strong, it raised the foreign market sharing the beneficial submittal consumedly. It is also benefit to the marketing in other foreign markets. It point out how to integrate a marketing of business resource and improve the whole marketing ability.It contents the strategic research to the marketing strategy of Shandong meat industry. After summing up and reviewing some references, including the related marketing theory, international marketing theory, value chain theory, the international competition theory etc, analyzing the environment of Shandong meat industry, I raise a point of the project complying with the frame and point out how to integrate the resources and how to improve the ability of international competition.
