As the exclusive right of "foreign business operation" has been gradually faded away, especially after China' s jointing into WTO, the advantage of exclusive right for foreign business operation has gone way, traditional export companies are facing more strong challenges , and Jindi International Trading Co. is facing same problem. The export business activities of Jindi International Trading Co. now is under scatter situation. So there is no integral marketing power for the group company. Thus, it' s quite necessary and urgent to make a marketing planning for Middle East market for the group company.Based on the study of traditional marketing theories, international marketing theories, value chain theories and fictitious operation theories, the article first analyzed the inner and outer marketing situation for Jindi company. Based on this research, the first market planning based on current company structure has been put forward. In this plan, the writer analyzed company' s current commodity structure to middle east market by using Boston Matrix Model, and they put forward the product strategy; according to a series of theory for international market pricing, the price strategy to middle east market comes out; then the writer has raised out the improve suggestion on both supplying and marketing channels integrating, together with detailed planning and practicing steps.As the company is facing with next step re-inform, the marketing plans...
