As an important raw material industry used for light industry's adding fragrance products,The flavor and fragrance industry is one of the newly developing industries in our country.Along with the rapid development of world economy and the enhance of consume level,It is becoming more and more important to national economy.The industrial development and increasing of consumer products also accelerate world flavor industry.Under the background of globalization and our country's access to WTO,more and more overseas-funded enterprises are entering our country,and they have been playing an important role in our national economy.IFF(China)is an individual proprietorship subsidiary belonging to IFF,which is one of the biggest flavor and fragrance creator and Producers in the world.Its products are used by customers in the manufacture of consumer products from cosmetics to soap to beverage and foods.Flavor and fragrance are becoming indispensable chemical products.At present,the amount of flavor and fragrance enterprises in our country is increasing,so the research of the industrial characteristics and inner conditions of company and outside environment status is good for the strategic decisions of company so that it can make right direction for the company's development arid succeed in the competition.Combining all the analysis result of IFF(China)strategic objective,strategic conditions, strategic status,we can conclude that the right development strategies for the company are Integration strategy and Blue-sea differentiation;the suitable competitive strategy is differentiation.As implementation of strategy progresses,the company should pay attention to some factors so that it can adjust the strategies to make greater success.The safeguards include organizational adjustments,effective management of human resources and crisis management in the process of enterprises operating.
