In the 21st century and the knowledge economics of era, the knowledge is becoming the most important resources of the companies. Obtaining and using the more knowledge is the strategy that the company maintains its competitive advantages. The successful knowledge is becoming the key of obtaining and using more knowledge. The object of the paper is knowledge transfer of the companies.According to empirical research, a context model including transferring process and influence factors has been constructed at abase of literatures review. Some hypothesis about how to influence knowledge transfer has been put forward. By verifying simple models, then obtain some advices and know the results about the relations between the variables. Finally by verifying the whole model and modifying the model, get a good result.By verifying simple models, the results show that motivation leads to the receipt of the useful knowledge and also show that competence-based trust is positively related to the receipt of the useful knowledge. But by verifying the whole model, it shows that only one variable which is competence-based trust is positively related to the receipt of the useful knowledge. Finally find that the items of informal groups' activity and high transfer mechanism influence the other variables.Finally, make a conclusion and state the shortcomings and the innovations of the paper.
