The Implementation Strategy Study On Green Supply Chain Management Of Chinese Enterprises

Since the industrial revolution, especially the World War II, productivity has been developed rapidly, accelerating the process of economic globalization, and there are some chances and challenge for Chinese enterprise. In order to maintain their competitiveness, enterprise management is changing from individual enterprise management to the supply chain management. Supply chain management has become a weapon for business to maintain competitive, however, because people only attach importance to economic development and neglect the ecological and environmental protection, there are some problems, such as the worsen ecosystem environment, resources and energy lacking, increasingly vigorous competition. People begin to renew the model of traditional supply chain management, and realize more and more that environmental management must be integrated into the supply chain management.The green supply chain management is a kind of new enterprise development mode. From the end of last century up to now when the green supply chain management puts forward formally, it is only over a decade, but the development is very quick .It provides the beneficial help to control the pollution of the environment, get away from the mistake area of"the bitter end manage" thoroughly, pursue the coordination of the economic performance, social performance and the environment performance, carry out sustainable development.If our enterprises want to have the competitive advantage in the global market which put more and more importance into the ecological protection, we must integrate the environment accommodating goal with the supply chain management, can't neglect the obvious environment signal day by day and shouldn't continue to manage likely before. That means the implementation of green supply chain management.In this thesis, the object and content of study are the strategy implementation of green supply chain management of our enterprises. It focuses on the following three points. First, by analyzing the existing problems in the implementation of green supply chain management, our enterprises put forward some concrete improvement strategies of the implementation of demand trend of green, green design, green procurement, green manufacturing, green marketing, green consumption and reverse logistics. Second, by analyzing the obstacles of the implementation of green supply chain management, our enterprises study some specific strategies of the implementation of The connection supply chain manages and the vertical green supply chain management based on the perspective of core business and suppliers , in order to resolve the internal and external green issue in the supply and realize a comprehensive supply chain Green. Third, we study the strategies of green supply chain collaboration, coordination and incentive. We also explain the role of the government in promoting the green supply chain management. Through research, that chinese enterprises to implement green supply chain management, it is necessary to study the green supply chain management deficiencies in the key areas, the corresponding optimization improvements to the supply chain is full of green, we must from the perspective of the implementation of vertical and horizontal green supply chain management.The purpose of the study is to by exploring our enterprises' implementation strategies of the green supply chain management find and solve more theoretical and practical problems, achieve the optimal allocation of resources, promote welfare, and realize the goals of compatibling activities and environment. And in order to make advice and suggestions to our economics and social sustainable development and ecological civilization.
