Along with the Chinese highway bridge construction industry comprehensively melts the economy globalization gradually, the Chinese highway bridge construction market is gradually opening to the outside world, lead the domestic competition to the internationalization. the highway bridge construction enterprise is facing a bigger potential market and simultaneously competing with the foreign construction enterprise. It's necessary to formulate a strategy set to suit enterprise own development if the highway bridge construction enterprise wants to grow strong under the complex market environment oneself。The large and middle scale highway bridge construction enterprise needs to formulate a strategy development path that conforms to the enterprise, according to the resources which itself has and the enterprise external environment.In the large and middle scale highway bridge construction enterprise's angle, This paper first carry on the analysis to the highway bridge construction enterprise external environment, including the carefully examining to highway bridge development condition in the past, the future market development prospect and the capacity forecast.
