Management method of enterprise strategy is the enterprise to seek in order to achieve the development of the stability and the long-term,the future direction of enterprise development,content and make a long-term plan and global.Strategic management can be the basic management idea and the enterprise culture enterprise fully manifested to enterprise sales of effective production guidance and other aspects of the business activities and business plan.Strategic management is an important part of enterprise management,has an irreplaceable role and development of the enterprise.In the current market economy condition,the enterprise strategy is an important content of modern enterprise management,the strategic management Further research is the enterprise as soon as possible to complete the task.In recent years,China's economic growth rate is very considerable,and the construction industry as the important pillar industry of our national economy,its development is directly related to the development of our national economy.If construction enterprises not good development in China,the growth speed of the national economy will be relatively slow.In order to achieve the healthy development of China's construction enterprises,clear their strategic objectives,development has certain practical significance a feasible development strategy.This paper through the strategic management theory of Zhushan Construction Group Limited company internal and external the environment The author tries to find out the development strategy according to the actual situation:This paper expounds the background and significance of this topic,and draws the research ideas of this subject;To define civil construction companies,operating characteristics and particularity of the theoretical discussion,then studied the definition of enterprise strategic management,and read the literature of the former,finishing the enterprise strategic management theory,including the classic strategy theory,competitive strategy theory,core competence theory and the theory of strategic alliance;In Zhushan: Construction Group Co.Ltd.as the main research object,the basic situation is introduced.Analysis is made on the current macro environment by using PEST analysis method,including the policy and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment and technological environment.Then Potter's "five forces" by the analysis model.The company is currently in Zhushan the industry environment,including the threat of new entrants,threat of substitutes,the bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of consumers and competitors within the industry competition ability.Finally,from the financial resources,human resources and brand resources in three aspects of the internal environment of enterprises;According to the analysis of the previous chapter,making strategic objectives in Zhushan company,combined with the actual situation of enterprises and then choose the appropriate enterprise development strategies,including business strategy,talent strategy,promotion strategy,public relations strategy and corporate culture strategy crisis.After selecting a good development strategy,to develop a set of specific implementation strategies,including the implementation of management innovation,strengthen human resources management,strengthen the construction of corporate culture,improve corporate crisis public relations and increase publicity.
