As giant petroleum engineering operation and production service enterprise,Dagang Oilfield Group Co.. It has been developing at very fast speed since its reform in 1999. But exposed the problems at the same time . These problems restrict it from developing continuously, healthily and steadily. It also reflects the shortcomings existing in development strategy in Dagang Oilfield Group Co. . So it is necessary to solve the problems from the strategy management point of view.This article explains the theories of strategic management and researches mainly on the procedure, methods and functions of carrying out the strategic management. It has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise. Then the enterprise's mission and objective are decided on. At last it puts forward the plan of implement.There are six chapters in this paper. Part one, referring to the purpose of the paper and the measure of study. The second chapter review the relevant strategic theory. The Third and Fourth chapter, the analysis of the enterprise's inside and outside environment. The Fifth chapter, the SWOT strategy analysis. Through the SWOT analysis of the Dagang Oilfield Group Co. inside and outside environment, clearing its strengths, weakness ,opportunity, threats, designing 4 different direction strategies. And then ,with the help of matrix of IFE and EFE, choosing its concrete strategy-SO. The Sixth chapter, based on the above consideration and thinking, this paper puts forwarded development strategy and strategic guarantee measures which is fit for the development characteristics of the Dagang Oilfield Group Co. through analysis with modern company strategy management theories and using references of development strategies of other companies. |
