Research Of Production System Energy-saving Potential In Dagang Oilfield

It is important that we carried out in Dagang oilfield production system energy saving potential research to satisfy oilfield production demand and enhance the efficiency of energy utilization. Analyzing the consumption status in Dagang oilfield during the"11th five-year plan"period energy and measuring the existing energy saving potential in Dagang oilfield will provide the research idea which has important practical guidance and strategic significance in energy saving work during the"12th five-year plan"peried.This paper is based on the subject of study on Dagang oilfield energy saving and measures. It mainly analyzed China's oil industry system energy saving status, summarized the Daqing oilfield, Changqing oilfield, Shengli oilfield three oilfields of energy saving and emission reduction experience. It analyzed the present situation of energy saving in Dagang oilfield systematically, finished the analysis of four systematic indexes including Mechanical oil production system, ground water injection system, crude oil gathering system and power supply-distribution system. The paper mainly analyzed the energy-saving monitoring data of some equipment in order to provide some data support for energy conservation measure. The paper emphasized on calculating how much the energy saving potential in Dagang oilfield production system by using AHP and relevant reservoir management knowledge to determine the weight and modeling. By Combining the quantitative and qualitative analysis, we finished five parts of energy-saving measure about facilities based on energy saving energy, oil wells between open and closure, power saving and technical reformation, scattered gas utilization, the whole optimization. Finaly from the whole systematic leval, we put forward some suggestions on management energy-saving, technology energy-saving, etc, in order to provide the guidance and reference for conducting energy saving potential future research in Dagang oilfield.
