Reaserch Of Real Estate Project Investment Decision

With the steady development of Chinese market economy, the investment of Real etate has become more active, and the competition of Real estate also become intensly. So a correct decision is the key to get success. Nowdays, It is a important study area of the Real estare that the way to appraisal the feasibility of Real estate projects and the way to choose better project from many alternative projects. This paper sdudied main influence factors to investment decision-making, constructed target collection of Real estate investment decision-making, and discussed project investment decision-making of Real estate.First of all, the concept, theory, principles, contents and process about project investment decision-making of Real estate are introduced. Secondly, baced on the analysis of influence factors to investment decision-making, Target collection of Real estate investment decision-making is built,and every target which are centralism are analysised detailedly. Thirdly, against the problems existed in investment decision making of Real estate, combined the AHP and entropy weight,made the indices weight more feasible,then got the result by TOPSIS。Finally, the examples of X company are used to analysis and explan the problems above, which verify the investment decisions, are scientific and practical.This paper anlylized AHP, entropy weight and TOPSIS deeply, combined the AHP and entropy weight to get the indices weight,at last given the result by TOPSIS, which can not only reflect the order ,but also analysis the good and bad factors of the project. So this paper provided the scientific basis for project investment decision making of Real estate.
