| With the development of our society, a lot of developed countries and developing countries encourage private to invest on infrastructural construction in a manner of BOT concession agreement and gain good social benefit, so more and more countries attach importance to BOT, but at the same time it also meets many problems.Through studying on the basic theory of BOT and its evolvements:BT and TOT, especially studying on the risk of project financing,and comparing these risk, a good choice of project financing model for a specific project can be got.Then, the basic theory of choice of franchise period. On the basis of the theory is studied, through establishing quantitative model of the risk of project financing, the franchise period is ascertained. At last this model is applied through an example.The innovation of this paper concentrates on the following aspect:1. Through studying on the basic theory of BOT, BT and TOT, especially the comparison of their risk, it can help government and project company choose a reasonable financing model, promoting the feasibility of a project.2. Through description of the main influential factors and design principle of product price, on thought of the interest of project company and service to people and researching on the relationship between product price and product sales volume.Base on the function of product price and product income, and draw the graph. At last, we get how to determine the product price based on actual condition and also ascertained adjusting mechanism of product price.3. Through the quantitative analysis for the risk of the BOT project financing, a quantitative model about the risk and make certain the value of risk of the project is set up, and then the franchise period of this project is determined. At last, we enlarge this model, so that it also can be the same with BT and TOT.The author hopes these research results can provide help for project financing applied more widely application in our country. |
